☼☼☼ Fast on Monday ☼☼☼
Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah stated, The Prophet of Rahmah, the Intercessor of Ummah, the Owner of Jannah was asked the reason for fasting on Monday, he replied, “It was on this day that I was born (Monday) and it was on this day that revelation descended upon me.’’
